Direct thermal labels are coated with chemical layer on their surface, where the black printed image will be formed when the heated print head gets in contact with the label. It prints without wax ribbon.

It works by applying heat to its print head, just like thermal paper.

It is now widely used in shopping mall, restaurants, packing, logistic etc.

FAQ:

1/. What info is needed to describe a barcode paper roll size.

The correct size should be with 4 parameters: width, length and core and how many pcs per roll.

For example 60mm x 40mm x 25mm, 700 pcs label roll, the 60mm is label roll width, the 40mm is label length and the 25mm is inner diameter of core, 700pcs is the single pcs in every roll.

If you already have a sample thermal paper roll in hand, then you just measure the width, length and core size and send to us. If you don’t have a ready sample, you can send us the printer model you use, then we will get you the right thermal paper roll size.

2/. What is the standard packing for label roll?

Take 60mm x 40mm, 700 Pcs/ Roll as example

The general packing is 2 rolls per shrink and 50 rolls per box.

Customized packing is available, such as 20 rolls per box, 24 rolls per box, 60 rolls per box, 100 rolls per box.

3/. Are you willing to provide sample label roll?

Our sample rolls (Plain label roll) are free, we need you to pay for the courier charge.

If you have DHL/ TNT/ FEDEX/ UPS account for freight collect, we can send sample freight collect at destination. If you don’t have these express account mentioned above, please contact our salesperson and send us your detailed address. We will get quote for door to door delivery from DHL/ TNT/ FEDEX/ UPS and send sample package upon receipt courier cost from your side.

4/. Are you able to provide custom logo print?

Yes, we can customize label roll with your logo, slogan, advertisements on both sides of label roll.

5/. Is there any cost for printed thermal paper roll?

Yes. Other than plain paper rolls, we do charge sample cost for printed label roll.

The cost is charged as per your logo. Usually the charge ranges from 100USD to 300 USD.

6/. What is your lead time for samples.

Plain Label Roll: Within 3 Days

Printed Label Roll: range from 5 to 7 days.

7/. Do you have ready stock for label rolls?

No, we don’t have ready stock.

We start production when we receive PO and deposit payment from customers.

8/. What is the standard production time/lead time for the order?

The delivery time depends on your quantity.

Usually it takes about 20 days for 1x20ft container order.

We will need 10 days more for each additional container.

9/. What is the closest port that you regularly ship from?

Usually our price is quoted as FOB SHANGHAI. Our port of loading is Shanghai Port, China. We are also close to Yiwu City, if you have agent or warehouse in Yiwu city to do container combination, we can deliver your cargo to Yiwu warehouse.

10/. What is the minimum order quantity for this product?

Minimum quantity is as per different sizes.

Usually we take total amount USD 5000 as our MOQ value.
