Yes. Other than plain paper rolls, we do charge sample cost for printed paper roll. The cost is for printing model.

Do you have ready stock for thermal paper rolls?

No, we don’t have ready stock.

We start production when we receive PO and deposit payment from customers.

What is the standard production time/lead time for the order?

Usually it takes about 15 days for 1x20ft container order and 20 days for 1x40ft container order. We will need 5 days more for each additional container.
