The correct size should be with 3 parameters: width, diameter and core or width, length and core. For example 80mm x 80mm x 12mm thermal cash register paper roll, the 1^st 80mm is paper roll with, the 2^nd 80mm is paper roll diameter and the 12mm inner diameter of core.

If you already have a sample thermal paper roll in hand, then you just measure the width, diameter and core size and send to us. If you don’t have a ready sample, you can send us the printer model you use, then we will get you the right thermal paper roll size.
