1、 What is ECG drawing?
ECG drawing is a kind of processing paper used with ECG machine. Although there are more than ten kinds of chemicals used in this color changing layer, there are at least the following compounds: colorless dye, which has a wide variety of dyes, commonly used fluorescent compounds; chromogenic agent accounts for less than 20%, commonly used bisphenol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid; sensitizer accounts for less than 10%, including benzenesulfonic acid amide compounds; filler accounts for about 20% Accounting for less than 50%, calcium carbonate (particles) is commonly used; adhesives account for less than 10%, such as polyvinyl acetate; stabilizers, such as p-phthalic acid dibenzoyl; lubricants, etc. Therefore, the process is difficult and the technical requirements are high.
3、 Why use heat sensitive paper for ECG paper?
1. Easy replacement - you can change it without opening the paper, which is very important for medical equipment.
2. Simple structure and high reliability - thermal paper is equivalent to "own ink", which saves the trouble of replacing ink and paper respectively. During printing, there is only relative sliding between the fixed heat source and the paper, and the stability and reliability are guaranteed.
3. The principle is similar -- the principle of thermal printing is just consistent with the principle of [change of body surface potential with time] embodied in ECG.
4、 Application of thermal paper in medical consumables
