1、 Principle and definition of thermal paper printer

When the temperature is lower than 60 ℃, it takes a long time, even several years, for the paper to turn dark; When the temperature is 200 ℃, the reaction will be completed in a few microseconds.

2、 Principle and definition of thermal transfer printer

At present, there are two main working principles of thermal transfer printers on the market: piezoelectric printing and thermal foaming. Epson printer uses piezoelectric printing. Because the piezoelectric printer only changes the mechanical pressure, it will not change the chemical properties of the thermal transfer ink. 3、 What are the differences between thermal paper printer and thermal transfer printer

The media printed by the heat transfer machine shall be kept for a long time, generally more than two years (depending on the quality of the label paper and carbon tape used)

3. Different application ranges

Application location: thermal machine: supermarkets, clothing stores, logistics, retail and other enterprises that do not have high requirements for bar code;

Heat transfer machines: manufacturing, automobile, textile, telecommunications, food sector, electronic industry, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, public utilities, retail distribution, transportation and logistics, government agencies and other enterprises;

4. Different costs

Low cost: the cost of thermal machine is low and the consumables are low; The cost of heat transfer machine and consumables is higher than that of heat sensitive machine.
