So how long can thermal self-adhesive be stored? What are the precautions during saving?
After use, we all know that the storage time of thermal self-adhesive is limited. If the storage time is too long, the adhesive will fail, dry and hard and lose viscosity. Unreasonable storage methods will accelerate this process. As a result, the adhesive is loose and does not fit, and the expected effect can not be achieved.
Precautions for storage of thermal label paper:
1. The printed labels shall be stacked in layers after packaging, and shall not be too heavy to prevent glue infiltration and adhesion.
2. The thermal label paper shall be protected from direct sunlight, moisture, high temperature and ultra-low temperature.
3. It can be stored for 1 year at 23 ± 2 ℃ and rh65 ± 5% relative humidity, and some glue can reach 2 years.
4. The heat sensitive label paper shall be sealed with moisture-proof paper or film packaging when it is deposited, and the roll packaging shall be stacked vertically. It is recommended that the plastic film be sealed and packaged again after each use, which can also provide better storage conditions for the label.
