However, if the protective coating is uneven, it will not only greatly reduce the protection of the thermal coating, Even in the printing process, the fine particles of the protective coating will fall off and rub the thermal element of the printer, resulting in damage to the thermal element of the printing.
At present, the thermal paper on the market can be divided into three grades. One is high-grade products. For example, some industries have special requirements for waterproof, and the storage time is more than 10 years. Because these applications have different needs in different industries, the price is generally many times higher than the ordinary market price. The storage time of such products is generally 2-3 years. The price is relatively moderate and suitable for promotion and popularization. The third is low-end products, which are generally used in some small supermarkets, pharmacies, stores and other cost saving groups. Generally speaking, this kind of paper is easy to burr, and the storage time is generally about 2-3 months. Due to cutting corners in technology, it is easy to cause complete and unclear printing department during printing. So the price is very low.
